Checking a Starpery Doll listing and its authenticity code
Keep the product reference, seller information and manufacturer code check separate when reviewing a listing.

Start with the product and seller references
Compare the model and head in the seller’s quote with the manufacturer’s catalogue. Ask for the body revision, material and dispatch region so that you can identify the relevant configuration. Keep the seller name, invoice and purchase correspondence in one place. These details will be useful if a replacement part or post-delivery question needs to be traced.
Use the manufacturer’s code checker
Starpery provides an official code checker and describes a limited window after the first lookup. Ask the seller where the code is supplied and follow the instructions on the manufacturer’s own page. Keep the result privately with your order record and contact the maker through its published channels if the result needs clarification.
Match the check to the unit you received
Record the package labels and the product configuration while unpacking. If the packing list and confirmed quote use different references, ask the seller to identify the shipped build in writing. For maintenance or replacement questions, include the head and body codes rather than relying on a photograph or the marketing name alone.
Keep warranty and delivery terms in writing
The seller’s responsibilities, the manufacturer’s support channels and the authenticity check answer different questions. Save each with the order. If a quote leaves the seller of record or support procedure unclear, request those details while the order is still being reviewed.
