Warehouse listings and custom Starpery Doll orders
A delivery and configuration checklist for comparing a prebuilt unit with a made-to-order quote.

Confirm the kind of listing
Starpery shows regional stock categories alongside model pages with configuration controls. A warehouse unit can have a preset head, body revision and finish, while a new build can allow more selection. Ask the seller to identify the shipped unit and dispatch region before comparing delivery estimates. A similar name in the catalogue is a starting point for checking the precise build.
Separate production and transport dates
Request the expected date the unit is ready to dispatch, then ask how long the delivery service typically takes for the destination. Confirm which steps depend on the configuration approval, inspection or address. Give the destination country and postal code so the seller can quote a shipment appropriate to the parcel size and delivery location.
Compare the total for one destination
Ask for an itemized quote that includes the chosen build, options, currency, shipping and any charges the seller includes. Ask how duties and local fees are handled if applicable to your destination. Save the seller’s written response and the delivery terms. Two prices become comparable once they describe the same scope and route.
Record changes before payment
If an in-stock option differs from your original choice, have the seller update the model, material, head and finish in the quotation. For made-to-order products, agree on when options become fixed and how pre-dispatch confirmation works. This is particularly helpful when a stock listing shares photographs with a configurable product page.
